Solving Cash Problems For Students

Hello Campus Job Visitor,

A few short years ago, I was just like any other student: struggling to make ends meet in an undergraduate programme. My financial problem did not start at the University – It had been with me while studying for my National Diploma (OND) and my Higher National Diploma (HND) respectively.

I was determined not to let my money-worries get in the way of my progress in life or stall my academic and professional ambition. I persisted and worked really hard in my college assignments while spending any spare time looking all around for some odd-jobs. I graduated well below the grade I knew I really merited because of my financial challenges.

You don’t have to go through all that now…

Today, you don’t have to spend your spare time looking around for those jobs – Campus Jobs has done that for you! At Campus Jobs, we have contacted people who are willing to give out some jobs with decent pay for every ‘satisfactory’ job done.

Please, these jobs are only for students who genuinely want to do honest jobs for some spare cash. To apply, you must be honest, accountable and dependable.
Besides the opportunity that this programme has for recommending participants for better jobs after graduation, we would also be making Monthly and Weekly Special Awards for deserving students – with attractive prizes.

During my time as a student, I tried many things and failed woefully. At a point, I thought my ancestors were conspiring against me. It even got to a point that I felt I was simply born “unlucky” in life.

I tried cooking and selling on campus, it didn't work. I even attempted retailing college materials in the hope that my mates would patronise me, it failed. I tried begging – it was a disaster. Worse-still, no rich girl liked me or looked in my direction – I was too poor to be noticed!

With all my potentials, I barely had a draw with the University

It was only during my postgraduate student days that it occurred to me that if I went through all those problems, I couldn't have been the only one on this planet suffering the ‘financial hiccup’ I went through. Moreover, I could put all my experiences together and help some other student passing through the same situation in life!

I started researching the dilemma of an undergraduate student on our campuses and realised the story had not changed over the years.

Then the 'Campus Jobs' was born...

– A system that brings together – both the struggling student and people who need a bit of help and are willing to pay some cash for the tasks.

The idea came late for me, but I made up my mind that I would do my best to help other students who are struggling like I did to make their student-life more bearable and enjoyable (than mine).

The journey is a long one: As stated, I did not make the best grades that I knew I had the ability (and deserved) to make in my courses – just because of my financial difficulties. However, I am convinced that with ‘Campus Jobs’ initiative, other students who, like me need a little help with their finances would not have to struggle and suffer the way I did.

After several months of thinking and planning as well as discussions with many students, friends and family, I came up with this fool-proof idea. The system does not require you to do anything beyond your FREE Registration.

I believe that in our society, we need to learn to give back to the community – in order to help others. I came to realise that every graduate of tertiary institution that I spoke to has a story of financial difficulty to tell. This may be as a result of their parent’s death, challenging financial situation in the family, or the course of study being too expensive and unaffordable. I experienced all these...

It would be unfair of me – having known these facts, to refuse to help others… Just because I have graduated, I cannot keep a blind eye to the problems. Besides, my personal philosophy in life is to help solve as many problems as I have the capacity to solve…

Campus Jobs is a platform for helping honest, determined, hard-working students to earn some extra cash while pursuing their academic programmes in tertiary education.

It is also designed to help ‘Employers’ - people who are ‘time-poor’ but ‘cash-rich’  to find honest, young people who are willing to help them with basic chores and other menial tasks for the benefit of both parties.
